How do I book a photoshoot or studio session?

You can book online through our website by selecting your preferred date and time. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need before your shoot.

When does the studio get the best natural light?

Our studios get the best natural light between 8 AM and 4 PM. Morning sessions generally have softer light, while midday brings a brighter, more direct glow.

How far in advance can I arrive before my booking?

You’re welcome to arrive 10–15 minutes early to unload equipment, set up, and get comfortable before your session begins.

Do you offer lighting equipment or props for use during shoots?

The space includes C-stands, props, and a large selection of furniture to style your shoot. While we don’t provide studio lighting, the natural light and skylights create a bright, versatile environment for photos and video.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment. Any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will result in a full booking fee charge. Any cancellations made >24 hours but <3 days of the booking will result in a $150 cancellation fee charge. Any changes to bookings (i.e. dates) made >24 hours but <3 days of the booking will result in a $75 administration fee charge. All other changes to bookings >3 days will result in a $35 administration fee charge.
